New SCRAM Client Checklist
1. Call HomeBound Services immediately after Court
You must call our office immediately after court to be scheduled for your hookup. If you neglect to do this we will not be able to schedule you in time for your program enrollment date.
2. Set up an Analog Home Phone Line*
To participate in the SCRAM program you must have access to a basic analog telephone. If you cannot get a basic telephone line in your home, you can use your neighbor's, friend's, family members or your employer's telephone line. Your telephone download location needs to be determined prior to your hookup.

3. Initial Payment
Your financial responsibility is $50 (hookup fee) + $12 per day (monitor cost). We require two weeks advance payment. Your initial payment on date of hook up will be $218 dollars.

4. Getting to your Appointment
Get directions to HomeBound.
Bring the following items to your appointment:
- Court paperwork
- Photo ID
- SSN (Social Security Number)
- Payment
*If you are unable to find a phone line to use for this program, you can set up a scehdule to upload your data three times per week at the HBS office. Please see HBS staff for additional information.
